Greensea takes full responsibility for the logistics chain, quality and quantity of cargo on board and has developed procedures to ensure the same amount of cargo is delivered. Greensea uses CCTV cameras on their vessels to register exactly what is being loaded or discharged. This way, disputes are avoided.
Whereas most fishing vessels must return to the closest port to unload their cargo, Greensea’s clients don’t waste any time and can stay right where they are. We have our own cargo handling equipment such as forklifts, cages and cargo nets, and we have fenders that can be used for transshipment operations. This allows us to carry out transshipments in restricted ports or at high-sea.
Greensea ensures efficiency and product quality. Depending on the needs of the customer, we take care of the trucking, the loading, the discharge, storage, and any other requirements. All of these services can be taken into account to preserve the cold chain, especially in African ports where direct services are not always available at the quay.
